days on November 4th for the Parent/Teacher conference and November 27th and November 28th for Thanksgiving Break.

 Health Information           

* Please make sure we receive an up-to-date

shot record. A note with the missing

vaccinations were sent home. All missing

vaccines and the flu shot must be

administered no later than December 31st as

per the Department of Health. Make sure you

give your Family Worker an updated shot

record as well as an updated phisical form. 

 

School Will Be closed on November 27th and
